Looking for Orchid digital book
 

Hello,

In the presentation post I was suggested some great Orchids books. However those have no available digital book.

I don't mind having my reference books in English however digital books are kind of important to me. I really enjoy being able to cary those with me where ever. ;) (All my gardening books are digital and I enjoy that so much. I take my IPad with me when I go shopping or to gardening meetings or where ever...)

Is there any great digital books about the Orchid culture that you would know about.

As of now, I'm mostly interested in knowing more about Phalaenopsis specie and Hybrid, the alliance Ondontoglossum/Ocidium and the Paphiopedilum.

As you can see my botanical vocabulary in English is a little limited... Reading in English will kind of be great for me. :blushing:

There are several companies that digitize existing paper books and make them available online for a fee. I haven't gone looking for orchid books, but I have found them from time to time when looking up orchids.

For now I bought an easy to understand and read digital Orchid book, it is the 'The Orchid Whisperer' by Bruce Roger.

However, I'll probably end-up getting other books and maybe a hard edition one. 'The Orchids to Know and Grow', suggested to me seems very interesting as a reference book about the cultur conditions.

I just can't get into things without reading a few books about it. ;)

Some are old but with valuable information.
