Dendrochilum bicallosum
I have this plant blooming right now in a 6-inch wooden basket with bark as the media. The plant is hung under 50 percent shade cloth. The media is kept damp. The flowers are orange-brown. When viewed from afar, the flowers look like they are dried out.

One Year Later
This dendrochilum is blooming again one year later. The last photo was taken in December 2016. The plant is still in the 6-inch wooden basket today with the same bark media. I will probably have to remove and replace the old bark after this bloom.

Such a beautiful plant! I don’t envy you having to repot it, my curranii has been pouting for months after repot. I love your orange flowers!
|
That is a stunner of a plant. Yep, I'll leave that re-potting to you gladly.
|
:shock:Wowza! That is a gorgeous plant. Good luck on that repot. I would have to drink some liquid courage before I attempted that one
