I can't identify the problem, but as it is coming from the bottom of the leaf and the center of the plant, I would isolate the plant immediately and remove the leaf if it is possible to do so cleanly with a razor blade. Then treat with a 3-in-1 like Bayer to halt the infection. Do you have access to something like this, a combined disease treatment chemical?
With luck the plant will start a new leaf or throw out a basal keiki. |
I touched one of the leafs , it feel like it have a sticky coating and it happend only with new leafs.

If the new leaves are sticky, chances are you may be dealing with sucking insects. This summer I had really tiny aphids on my den noble, only on the new growth; they were so tiny I couldn’t see them without looking really closely. At first I thought I was dealing with a virus, but then I realized that I was dealing with nasty little aphids. At least the orchid is OK now that I got rid of the aphids. It took several applications of Safer Soap, but all is well now.

Today I double checked all damaged leafs with magnifier, no aphids found. Note, it only show on new leaf.
