Same vendor? Open and inspect it outside! Take pictures of unwrapping (you can delete if everything is fine).

Especially if it's the same Dendrobium from the same vendor, I would keep it isolated from your other plants until you're sure it doesn't have scale.

Not focused well enough for me to see. The problem is scale eggs may hatch down the road. They generally aren't out in the open like the white spots you showed. The fuzz hides under sheaths and in the crevice where leaves meet stem.

The plant does appear to have a keiki, visible in the lower right of the last photo - the one with your hand visible. That is nice. It isn't quite big enough to separate yet, but it might be by late spring next year.

I have lots of leaves with yellow spots that do not seem to be a problem. Just keep an eye on it to see if it spreads quickly. Plant looks very good, just keep an eye also as estacion seca says for scale that may develop later. Keep it isolated for a while until you're sure it's clean

Isolated long enough? Really do not have another 7 window room. :(

Not sure they fly but they certainly spread. And it often takes a while for eggs to hatch and the pest to become apparent. I would isolate for at least several weeks, preferably a month if the vendor previously sent you a plant with scale. Having a small light stand would be useful.
