New leaves on flower stalk?

Well this is weird, I haven't seen this happen on my other Phals, but then I am a noob. It's growing new leaves on the end of the flower stalk. Is this normal?

It looks like a keiki on the last node. It is not uncommon for baby plants to grow on a node on the flower spike. Usually they are not on the very end one tho. Let it get at least 3 or 4 inches worth of roots and then you can cut the spike with the baby attached and pot it up!
