another haraella...
I know many have em by now, and well they should... pardon the back yellow leaves, it was a bit stressed with light then i moved him...
here's my modest little one, and there's a friend there with him, see if you can spot him ;) https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7520/...72957d77_z.jpgharaella odorata by u u, on Flickr |

I see a teenie bug on the leaf above the bloom, upside down. My haraella has two spikes currently and has grown a lot. It's not bloomed for awhile and I'm kinda happy about that. I thought it would die from constantly blooming. I love these and they smell sooo good. Congrats on the bloom!

Another cute one, and I like his little friend.

thanks guys! Yeah funny the little gnat stayed with him the whole time when I took it out of the growing case and while I was taking photos...
My old one would bloom profusely, and this one only blooms at max 3 spikes at a time... I grew the other one higher light but for some reason this current one can't handle higher light, but I'm also not wanting to move it to my higher light growing case anyway, so it'll be it's own modest self.... here's my old one https://farm1.staticflickr.com/5/105...038f11b8_z.jpgHaraella odorata by u u, on Flickr |
That, yes! Mine blooms like that and it really smells good. I guess it's been resting for awhile.

Great picture!! I do love this species. Not sure why I haven't tried growing it again.
