What is this - maybe a goblin orchid

I'm wondering if this might be a goblin orchid. I searched lots of pictures on the internet and the store that these came from did not identify them. Sad day. I like to know what I have and these are pretty cool. They appear to be acting like the goblin orchid but I imagine others could behave the same way. Ideas?

Hi,
I don't know what a goblin orchid is, but it looks like you have yourself a phalaenopsis type dendrobium (not 100% sure without seeing the plant whole).

I'll take a picture on my lunch.

Hi,
Looking Goblin orchid, online, I found reference to Mormodes sinuata.
But I agree with the previous post, it is definitely a type of dendrobium.
There are many hybrids of Dendrobium and the lack of a tag makes precise identification almost impossible.
From the photo the sepals seem to have a slight white rim, similar to Dendrobium Muang.
But again is only a similarity.
Ciao Nicola

Yes, looks like a Phal type Dendrobium hybrid. They are one of the warmer growing type.

I agree, Dendrobium Phalaenopsis. Love the color.

You're not usually going to find a rare orchid with no identification. It would probably be really expensive also.

I'm not saying it's rare. Just trying to figure out what it is. It's different then the others that I have. Although, I googled what others suggested t might be and it does look like those. I was flying pretty blind when I first looked, literally looking at name after name from a list but I'm glad others had a better idea then me. I have to research the type and see how they behave. It's pretty, it's different. It was more expensive then te others but not outrageous. I was also able to split it into three plants. I could have gone further but was fine with three.

Here is some culture info.

If you cruise around this board, you'll see what "different" really means.

That cafe sheet was really helpful, thanks! It's just different for me I suppose but I do look forward to see some of the other different plants. I can't wait to talk to te local grower again and this time I'm gonna get his name lol.
