Bc Sunny Delight 'MAJ' x Epc Kyoguchi 'M. Sano' Mutation
 

This seedling, SVO5227, Bc Sunny Delight 'MAJ' x Epc Kyoguchi 'M. Sano' Mutation came from Sunset Valley Orchids in December 2015. There was a dry sheath. It surprised me by producing a spike.

My phone camera is really awful. The actual color is closer to the bright yellow, but a little more pale. I included the closeup to show the lip veining. The color on the closeup is wrong.

The ten flowers have a daytime scent like high-quality soap.

Low quality = nasty chemical smell, like Irish Spring, Dial, Dove, Surf, etc etc, most washing machine detergents and all dryer sheets.

Very pretty one. It looks like it is quiet tall. Going to put out a wonderful display when it gets bigger. I have had a couple of dry sheaths surprise me this year also. It's a wonderful surprise.
