Can anyone recognize the bulbuphyllum in this photo?

I took this photo at an orchid show two years ago. It was labeled Kanburiense. I was traveling at the time and didn't buy right then. Some time later I ordered it from the same vendor. What I received was slightly different. The psudobulbs are smooth as opposed to bumpy bulbs in the photo. Since then it put out some new bulbs (Still smooth) and has recently bloomed. The flowers are smaller than I remember and are similar to photos I have seen on the internet.
Is anyone aware of a variation of Kanburiense that more closely resembles the photo? Or is it the same plant and the bumpy psudobulbs don't matter? I could be mistaken about the size of the flowers. I had a fever the day before i took the photo and was still feeling a bit ill. Thanks for any help!

I can't really help you but only to say that I don't think it would be strange at all that a first bloom would have smaller flowers. And that perhaps you are just watering better so your bulbs are smooth.

I have never seen this one before.
