Cool flower. Never seen one before.

The flower is quite interesting and you say it stinks=you are so brave....I have this orchid for the past three years and I hope I get to coax it to bloom for me, stink and all....

Really nice, but what kind stink? Something rotten or what?

katrina 12-01-2015 03:52 PM

It's very pretty but it's not medusae.

I've never think about it, but now that you tell me I see that it's different from medusae.
The vendor told me it is, but it was flowerless and I couldn't know. Now that I googled a bit I saw the difference.

I can't say!
It's something that I never smelled before, and the only thing I can say is that it's not a pleasure.

ID tags sometimes get mixed up. It's happened to me several times. Since you have a picture, the vendor might be able to ID it for you. It's worth a try but name or not, it's very pretty.

I've sent a message to the vendor. We'll see. Yes, it's very pretty. I'll keep it anyway, but I'd be glad to know its name.
