This is a cross between Encyclia prismatocarpa and an albino variety of Cattleya forbesii I made several years ago. My intention was to produce a floral stem with several green, dark spotted cattleya-shaped flowers, but in the end none of the seedlings I have seen up to now came out with spots. On the other hand, the burgundy lip is a pleasant surprise because this color was not present in the lip of the parents.

How lovely, it seems a short plant and can produce plentiful flowers.
