Bulbophyllum medusae
 

Trying to figure out how to post photos thru Flickr. If it works, this is my Bulb. medusae. Doesn't smell too good when there are several flowers at once.

impressive! i got a small plant with four bulbs. they say they are quite picky with watering? so i put it in a basket so that i cant overwater

It can't be too picky or it wouldn't grow at my house! I did read somewhere that the plant should be watered well then allowed to dry between waterings. Perhaps that is why mine grows! I don't usually water enough.
