Hello,

I was just given this orchid and its got roots all over the canes, does anybody know what type of orchid or specific name it has?

It was purchased at Lowe's.

It is an Epidendrum type orchid ;)

Yes, this is a reedstem Epidendrum. Several species and hybrids are hard to tell apart so you will probably never get a more specific ID than that.
