Leaf spots: Fusarium or Pseudomonas or...

I noticed some spots on my blooming Bulbophyllum Wilmar Galaxy yesterday. Also, 2 nearby standing Phals have some spots. The neighbouring Bulbo Eliz Ann Buckle shows no signs. There is an air humidifier nearby and because the plant is growing outside of his pot, I spray him (focused on roots, but leaves will also be wet) daily. I gues that will have something to do with it.
From pictures on several sites, I guess it could be Fusarium or brown rot.
Could I make a mixture of a copper component and neem oil? Is peroxide a good thing to use and how frequently should I use it? Or do you use cinnamon/IsopropylAlcohol?
I would like to use something with action against fungi and bacteria...

First picture looks like it could be a leaf yellowing with age, with some spotting as the leaf dies. If the leaf is not old, cut off the yellowed part with a sterile blade. If the leaf is old, it will fall of naturally.

Pictures 2 and 3 look like old mechanical or insect damage, or something similar; are any of these spots growing, or are you getting a larger number of spots with time? If not, I would not treat the plant.

The sunken spots could be cell collapse perhaps

This only affects youngest leaves.
The spots are indeed sunken, but they are recent.
I've added some new pics from the bulbo (first 2) and the phal. On the Bulbo I noticed the pseudobulbs seem to be affected as well.
Por the Pal, the pattern of sunken spots is different on the upper and lower side of the leaf.

That is likely bacterial brown spot, caused by acidioorax (pseudomonas) species.

Forget neem oil. Over the-counter antibiotic ointments or copper compounds are most effective.
