Dendrobiums that need a rest period

I have a few dendrobiums and would like to know if anyone can tell me which of the ones in this list require a rest period over the winter. I know that dendrobium nobile does for sure but I'm not sure about the rest of them. Here is my list:

Dendrobium Nora Tokunaga
Dendrobium Macrophyllum
Dendrobium Chryseum
Dendrobium Green Lantern
Dendrobium Roy Tokunaga "Spots"
Dendrobium Aussie's Pixie
Dendrobium Nobile Love Memory "Fizz"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The latouria types don't need a hard winter rest, just reduced watering and fertilizer during the cooler months. So Nora Tokunaga, macrophyllum, Roy Tokunaga and Aussie Pixie. Nobile needs a dry winter rest and I'm not sure about the chryseum.

According to Ron McHatton, who spoke to both NJOS & DCOS on Dendrobiums in Sept:

For both Aussies & nobile types:

No fertilizer from Sept 15 thru end of March.
Reduced watering till buds are about to bloom (= 1/3 to 1/2 of normal watering).

Dendrobium Nora Tokunaga - Latouria type, no hard rest in winter but a little less water
Dendrobium Macrophyllum - Latouria type, no hard rest in winter but a little less water
Dendrobium Chryseum - Callista type, AOS recommends reduced watering but I give mine very hard rests and water about once a month or so, very bright light and cool temps.
Dendrobium Green Lantern - Formosae type, AOS recommends reduced watering, I grow mine a little drier, water about every other week (a sprinkle) and temps down to 60F/15C, bright light. *Note: in my experience, Formosae types don't like to too cold, they tend to flower less, but the cold doesn't damage the plant at all.
Dendrobium Roy Tokunaga "Spots" - Latouria type, no hard rest in winter but a little less water
Dendrobium Aussie's Pixie - I think treat like Lautouria type.
Dendrobium Nobile Love Memory "Fizz" - Hard winter rest, low temp to 50F/10C but can take even lower. Dry very bright light.

Hope this helps.

Thanks to all who contributed on this but especially thanks to Andrew (flexdc). That is very helpful and I will follow your advice. And by the way, those are all very beautiful dens. Seems like you know your dendrobiums.

That is Den. Rainbow Dance 'Akazukinchan'
I bought it from Orchids.com (Actually went to their annual sale in Clairmont, CA)

Akazukinchan (赤頭巾ちゃん) is Little red riding hood in Japanese I think.

Den. Rainbow Dance 'Akazukinchan' HCC/AOS , CCM/AOS (Kunenai x unicum) Orchids.com

Hi,
I found this table very helpful when dealing with lots of dens from different groups:
