Orchids are tough!
I threw these orchids away into the drainage ditch near my house in the spring because they had viral infections. I went to see if I could find their remains today and surprise! They have been totally neglected since April, but both are alive and showing new growth! They are true survivors!

Just wondering why you think these are virused? Testing, or something else?

Speckled leaves, flower color break,
and slow growth were the first causes for concern. Virus test strips came out positive for ORSV and CymMV, so the decision was made to dump them. |
That's pretty incredible! What will you do with them now, leave em or take em home? I assume leave but it'd be hard to... ;) Never did buy strips myself but this reminds me to get back on the grind.

If anybody wants these survivors I'll be happy to send them to you! :)

Don't know where you live, but if you don't have a very cold winter, maybe you could attach them to a tree in a park ou something like it...
