I wish but it is a little far for me.

I was totally planning on it, as it's like 10 minutes from my house, but unfortunately I will be in Tucson doing labwork, so I will have to miss it! :(

I am planning on going. Never been to an orchid show before so it will be a fun experience.

Here's an idea for a business: Walk around the show with a live Webcam on your head connected to a Web page. People watch to your video feed and text you in real-time. "Go to that table! Pick up the Cattleya nobilior! No, the one behind that one! Turn it around! Yes! I want it!" They can pay you through your Web site, the plant plus handling and shipping, and you send it the next day.

Brilliant suggestion if you can get instant pay and confirmation- or even cc details on your mobile to process. I'll be the pay guinea pig, you be the gopher? Haha:D

Anyone in Southern California going to the South Bay orchid show this weekend? I am debating if I should go to this first or the Huntington orchid show next month.

Never miss a chance to go to an orchid show. You will always see something you haven't seen before and might never see again.

I looked into flights... the best I could get would be about $200 round trip, so I don't think I'll be going.
