Only 3 flowers on this inflorescence. Two inflorescence before this one were eaten. This happened last year also. These must be really tasty. I believe it's roaches. Not to worry though. Two more inflorescence are forming. Fragrance is that Cattleya scent.

Only three flowers because I think you got females! They last a lot longer than the male flowers.

You are right! How could you tell? The anther cap is white, right?

The length and thickness of the column is a dead giveaway. Males have long slender columns, while females are much stubbier.
