In need of help
3 Attachment(s)
A few weeks ago I bought some Dendrobium seedlings. The women deflasked them for me and sent it to me. I put them in spah. moss and in a small aquarium outside. I don't know if its because of the moss + water or if the sun burned them. I moved them into the shade more and put a big wood by it so there wont be too much sun. Can anyone help me?
The leaves are falling off, browning as and getting a bit mushy as they brown. The lady never explained what to do with them. I've already lost a few of them. And I would really love to save these guys. |
Can you contact her and she can give you some advice. I know there are people on here that have experience with seedlings however I am not one. But I can only guess that the sun on new seedlings is very bad. Perhaps put this in the propagation section and you may get more info.

The whitish patch in that first photo looks like sunburn; do nothing.
The plant that is yellowing may simply be dying. I se nothing to indicate a general issue, so it simply might have been damaged in deflasking. It still looks like a pretty good yield. |
