Luisia thailandica is not a commonly grown species of Vandaceous orchid. To be quite honest, the genus Luisia is a genus of orchid that is not commonly grown in general. It's a sequential bloomer. The inflorescence is very short, (about 0.5 cm long). Each flower is 1 inch, (2.5 cm), tall. The lip is not black, it is a wine colored type of purple. It has a fragrance that smells like milk and is only present during the daytime hours.

I wonder what would pollinate such an orchid that smells like milk. :scratchhead:

I had to import them from Thailand. There are no reliable sources of orchids in the genus Luisia here in the US. An odd one will pop up every once in a blue moon, but they are not offered for sale for any good length of time here.

They are still not fully established, but they are starting to come along after about 1 year. A couple of them are starting to grow new leaves and new roots. This is the only one that bloomed this year.

I'm going to guess world flora supply, half your luck though, this is one that I just cannot get in Australia so I'm a tad jealous.
