Lost tag for this Orchid

This just bloomed yesterday. I have had it for 2 years bought it at an orchid show. I moved recently and a lot of thing got mixed up.. Please if anyone knows the name of it I sure would appreciate help... :bowing

The best is to contact the vendor, otherwise you can't know for sure. It's a wonderful plant!
