Leaf health: ID and solution?
 

Please help identify what's going on with the leaves on two of my orchids with images attached.

Picture #1: Phalaenopsis
Problem: progressive yellowing of leaves with brown spots
-growing new leaf
-sphagnum moss media
-just finished its bloom that had lasted several months (like almost a whole year!)
-Was planning on repotting
-Should I trim off diseased part?

Picture #2: Yellow/Purple Orchid (not sure what type)
Problem: Speckled brown spots at the tips of several green leaves
-currently in its bloom
-sphagnum moss media

They live in my sun room facing north east in northern California with several other orchids. Can it spread to my other orchids/plants??

My Wilsarona had the exact same issue your Oncidium (the yellow purple one) has. I'm really not sure what it was - the leaf it appeared on eventually yellowed and fell off..
