Lemboglossum Leaf chlorosis

My Lemboglossum Violetta von Holm has bloomed last winter and new shoots are developing. But they have chlorotic spots. I'm thinking it might be a lack of nutrients or in worst case, something viral. I hope pictures can give you an idea. I tested this plant for viruses last winter (Agdia) but it turned out negative at that time.

I would not suspect a nutritional issue with that pattern. I would consider retesting for ORSV & CymMV.
