This helped me a lot; hopefully it's of help to you too.

Catasetums typically require water while in active growth and, then, as the foliage yellows, the water needs to taper off to just keeping the pseudobulbs from shriveling too much. I just purchased some catasetum hybrids from SVO, which is the company behind the link Trollsvans has offered in his reply. The American orchid society's website also offers care info on various genera.

are you in the Northern Hemisphere ? I ask because your catasetum shouldn't be going dormant - its growing season right now. Fred Clarke does have the best cultural advice....

I just bought this in San Francisco last Saturday in the orchid show in Winchester House. Im from Los Angeles. So does this mean one of them is dying because its not the right time for dormancy and what will i do to make them survive? Thanks for the links guys!

You should ask h&r , firstly because they're the grower and secondly if the plant needs to be replaced they will then have a record of you trying to resolve the issue

The yellowing foliage could be from the change in conditions..from H&R (in HI) to SoCal. Checking with them wouldn't hurt. Good luck!

They said its the change of weather. If it dies out, theyll be happy to replace it. What fertilizer do i need? I have a 30-10-10 and a 10-10-10 liquid

Either fertilizer will do. The care link Trollsvans gave you has a lot of information.

Orchids tend to do best with an ammonia based nitrogen supply as opposed to a urea based. The 3 numbers with dashes are the % nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (N-P-K) in the fertilizer. If the label offers a combo of ammonia and urea, that tends to be preferable to straight urea as the nitrogen source.
