Help with my Miltassia Shelob "Tolkien"

Its growing nicely with a just little yellowing at the top of some leaves. Waiting to finish flowering and i will repot them. It already overgrows my pot. How will i divide and repot them? I just got this and what does the yellowing in upper part of the leaves mean?

Any divisions should consist of at least three matured growths plus one new one. Just cut the rhizome with a sterile/sanitized blade or cutters.

I see some yellowing leaves on old growth - that could be natural leaf shedding. I can't tell if all of the yellowing leaves are on old growth.
