This is so precious!! I think we ALL can relate to this story. I am sure some of you must live near them or have bought orchids from them. Lucky lucky people!

I also thought it was funny how the news casters thought she was withholding information about orchids when she gave basically the same general info I would give!!

I feel bad for folks who haven't realized how many orchids are actually very easy to grow and rebloom (and of course many that are more challenging!).

I hate news casters, as it is not that they think she is with holding info they just want you to believe that. They only tell you what they want you to know. There not real journalist's any more they are just telling you what they want you to think.

Sorry for the rant, but see it even flows though with orchids.

Newscasters these days are no longer satisfied with simply reporting the news. They seem to want to explain to us what we should think about what they report, and in some cases even want to be the news rather than report it.

You got that right. I think instead of calling them newscasters we should call them Newsmakeup my minders, because I'm way to dumb to know whats right :shock:

...and Fox is the worst.

I think MSNBC is, I have never seen such nonprofessionals in my life. I guess at least with Fox you get some of both sides, so one can try and make up your own mind instead of just one side. Even though I know you can't trust most of any of them.

Lois Duffin has some nice greenhouses and beautiful plants in the video. I liked that.

What else can you say about any entity that takes Al Sharpton seriously?

Edit: I don't mean to imply that Mr Sharpton is unprofessional. He's actually very skilled at the world's oldest profession........
