Advice needed: Den. wassellii piece has roots
2 Attachment(s)
I had a piece of my Den. wassellii (formerly Dockrilla) break off in transit last Fall. So I threw it into a glass globe with sphagnum at the bottom and now it has roots! Pictures of the rooted piece and the "mother" plant are below.
So what best to do with this little piece? I could attach it to the mount with the mother plant or start a new mount. It is ready to be mounted? All advice greatly appreciated! Attachment 112019 Attachment 112020 |
I would mount it on another piece of cork to have a backup of the plant or for exchanging. And thin the size of roots is ok for mounting.

I'd mount the little guy too.
