Does it have existing roots? If so, how do they look?

If you make a couple more posts, you will be able to post a photo (or more), which may be helpful for others to help you.

MisterOrchidGuy: Please turn your caps lock off (= yelling)

You live in Malaysia so there should be no need for any jar or greenhouse (just open It should be fine).

Posting pictures will help us help you.

It’s easier for us to help if you add some more details to your post rather than generally pleading for help...
So what exactly is wrong with your orchid that you don’t think it can support a spike? You say it has 3 roots, but are they large healthy roots, or small and in bad shape? How is the plant itself- are the leaves firm and well hydrated? Can you explain a bit better the growing conditions? I don’t understand what you mean by big jar greenhouse- is it is a jar, or in a jar in a greenhouse?.
Mesophyll cell collapse won’t keep a plant from blooming, and I unfortunately have several afflicted Phals. They grow and bloom normally otherwise.
Some photos would be useful as well!

I understand if you can't post a photo. By your description it sounds like the plant might still be too weak to support a spike, and may be spiking as a last ditch survival attempt.

I know you've been waiting for the spike, but in this case it does seem like removing it is what is best for the plant while it recovers.

MisterOrchidGuy 04-22-2015 05:06 AM

Um but how to cut it.it is to small to cut and and and and and.its leaf two old leaves look droopy weak and veins are visible PLZ PLZ HELP

WhiteRabbit 04-22-2015 08:19 PM

If the spike is too small to cut now, wait until it's a bit bigger. It's likely that leaves are becoming droopy from the lack of roots. If it's growing roots, the plant may survive, and new leaves will look better.

MisterOrchidGuy 04-23-2015 02:13 AM

But it is dying.the leaves are worser now.last time it was more few roots but the leaves are still ok.so help

We unfortunately can't work miracles for your plant over internet. Would be nice, and I sure would have loved it for some of my problem plants. The best you can do for your plant is to keep it somewhere warm, humid, and not too bright, with plenty of air movement. Make sure it's potted in the smallest possible pot to accomodate what roots there are. And patience. The plant might live, and it might die. If the spike is still to small to remove, just wait for it to grow a bit more.
