Whats wrong with my orchid?

Hey guys,
I really need your help!
I found an orchid next to my building. It was about 40 degrees outside and someone just left it there. I guess it was done blooming, so they just threw it out.
When i brought it home, it was dehydrated and had cold damage on its leaves. It was planted in very tight sphagnum moss, which was extremely soggy.
I repotted it in bark and put it over a tray pebble to give it some extra hydration. The roots were green and to my surprise, the root system was not that bad. Some rotten roots in the middle (which i cut off), but it has some roots growing out of the pot. Guess the orchid was trying to save itself.
First couple of days it was recovering and started to look better. The leaves started to plump up. However, after a few weeks the leaves started to yellow and there was no new leaf or root growth. It had lost almost all of its leaves. I checked the root system and the crown and it seems good to me, no crown or root rot.
The one baby leaf it had, has not grown at all.
I try not to water it much. Last couple of waterings i watered it with Superthrive with fertilizer, and dyna grow with fertilizer and still nothing.
I also wanted to mention that i don't keep it in a very lit location. Not sure if its needs much light since it barely has any leaves left.
If anyone can help me, and tell me what’s wrong or if this orchid is savable i would really appreciate it..
Also can an orchid survive with no leaves..

I'm attaching some pics first 5 pics were taken 3 days after I brought it home, next pics were taken yesterday when the plant lost almost all of its leaves..

You can also see the flower stalk that i cut off when i brought it home. It still didn't yellow or dry out..I don't know whats going on there..

I'm going to guess it is having some cold stress from being out in 40 degree weather. I think that's pretty cold for a phal plus what ever it went through before that. It could come back but it will take time. Wait and see if the middle leaf starts to grow.

Don't try and feed it to much, I think it would be to much of a shock for the plant. Just my 2 cents worth. Let the media get almost dry before you water again. Feed weakly, weekly. And good luck.

It looks to me as if it was more than cold stress, it looks as if was partially frozen, hence the large sunken areas in the first few photos. I also think that what you perceived as dehydration was actually the tissue starting to break down. If it survives it will be a long, uphill battle.

Is the new baby leaf still green? If so it may survive, but it does not look promising since all the mature leaves appear dead.

Yes the new baby leaf is still green, thought its not growing.
Can an orchid survive with little baby leaf or no leaves at all?

Yes it can produce a keiki from the base of the plant. Which can take awhile to do. I have one right now that is doing just that. Or if the new leaf survives it just may grow from there. Only time will tell.

Yeah, you're kind of in a place where you will have to wait and see what it does.

Be patient and give it time. An orchid isn't dead until it's dry, that's my motto.

Thank you guys for your help. I guess i will wait and see what happens..
