Happily surprised by Orchids by Hausermann!
 

So! I want to give a big A+++++ to Orchids by Hausermann for there amazing service. This was my first online orchid purchase. I ordered Hknsa. Koolau Sunset in a 2.5" pot and when I recieved my plant today it was in a pot twice that size with two new growths and it's in bud! I was shocked.

I called Hausermann's as this wasn't what I was expecting and didn't pay for this large of a pot. They lady happily told me that the bigger plant wasn't a extra charge and I also mentioned there wasn't a tag and she apologized and put one out in the mail to me today!

Such friendly and great service and prompt replies to emails. I would recommend them to any newbie ordering orchids online for the first time :)

I have always found them to be very friendly, too. They are definitely one of my favorite vendors.

They are my favorite. Whole staff there is so nice..... they would go many extra miles to help a customer and they are very very curteous.
