Should I repot?

I'm thinking of repotting to a bigger terracotta pot. Any advice?

Repotting will be fine, though I generally wait until the plant is in active growth (new root growth and/or leaf growth). No reason to rush repotting at this time. I'd wait until temps warm up come spring/early summer (which is likely when the phal will being new growth anyway).
