pleurothallis alvaroi in spike
 

Hi, the pleurothallis I got 7 wks ago is now in spike. This is the first orchid that I've owned that has reached this stage. I'm not sure how to proceed. I have it enclosed with 8 other orchids, under lights, and with a humidifier blowing over them. Should I remove the orchid so that the moisture from the humidifier doesn't damage the blooms? Can someone tell me what is needed to get the orchid into spike in the future, because I don't know how I did it?:) Thanks
