Orchid newbie
 

I have had many orchids given as gifts to me... always in bloom, and I have eventually lost each one... some took longer than others... so sad....

I have been given yet another one this xmas by my loving husband of 32 years... and I am determined to keep it going, and going, and going...

so, I hope to be able to use this forum a try to help me to learn how to care for my new orchid.

Care tips for phals,
LIGHT= good light but not direct full sun.
WATER= every 10-14 days in winter. Weekly during summer.
FEEDING= every 2 weeks during summer. Once every month in winter.
RE-POTTING= during spring months, when the plant looks untidy, usually every 2, years
