Dendrobium Aussi Chip (Microchip)
I have two of this.
One is just starting to spike, and this one is loaded with buds! Yay!!!! :D Sorry about the blurry dark pictures. This is so cute in person. Cream white with many dark pots all over, and there are quite a few buds! |
Well done. If this is your first flowering you will be pleased. Mine is just finishing the flowers lasted 3 months on the plant
I just bought this one last month from J&L and after reading your post went and checked...I have spikes starting! I am so excited! :)
I am looking forward to seeing your blooms! |

It grows well and apparently a great bloomer as well! I remember the bloom lasted for quite long time too. They are both growing new canes as well. So, I'm guessing this little plant likes to bloom whenever they mature new shoots. |
That is going to look great when all of those blooms open!
Thanks NYCorchidman! I love how small it is, too! :)
It's going to look great in bloom! I have a similar hybrid since october, and really like it. Especially since the blooms are very long lasting.
I was eyeing this one myself at the last show I went to- after seeing your pics my "itch" to get it is coming back...Does it have a compact growing habit, apart from being a miniature?
Mine is spiking too :). I also have Den Snowflake a pure white cousin, but it is only just getting started. It's a few years away from blooming.
It is going to be Den. Microchip season!!!!
Is Den Snowflake also a small one? |
