Dend Fancy Yellow, Nobile, does it look okay?
 

This one arrived yesterday too in addition to the other one I just posted. It too has spotted leaves, it isn't as bad. From what I can tell, the one leaf with dark spots is of concern.
I would just trim that leaf off and stop worry about it.
Usually that's the end of it.
Hurry before the spores spread all over! lol

By the way, it will look amazing when in bloom.
Look at all those little swellings on the canes!!!

I love this bright yellow hybrid. I should have kept mine. oh, well...

I got rid of mine thinking I can always buy it again, which is true. hehe
I did keep my Oriental Smile 'Fantasy' which is also replaceable, but it was a good thing I kept it because this one is particularly nice. I have seen some others in bloom and something was bit off. lol

I also have two more from TJ but I usually buy them in bloom, enjoy for a couple of month and then give them away.
Without the cool room, they do not bloom as gloriously. Speaking of which, for some odd reason, my Oriental Smile 'Fantasy' decided to make lots of flowers this year. Yay!!!

There are several different fungi that need a treatment with different fungizides. And they are most effective in prevention, not cure.

Would dithane and Cleary's together cover it?

I'd not worry about it.
Cut spots off with scissors if you think it is unsightly.
Have no idea what causes it but doubt it's a virus.
Maybe caused by external factor -water & sun, hail, etc ..

Removing that one leaf should be the end of it.
If this issues keeps happening again and again, then I would think about options.

As mentioned above, fungicides are usually preventative not a cure. So affected parts, which will spread if left on, must be removed whether you spray or not.
What many fungicide does is that they create very unfavorable surface for fungal spores to germinate. Usually the label says spray after the rain (if outdoor) because usually that's when fungal diseases break out, also reapply after rain as the chemicals are washed off in rain.
There are some systemic and I have not used them, but you could try.
Again, I don't think it's necessary because the plant looks very nice other than just one leaf, so just cut that leaf off and hopefully and most likely you won't see it again.

Your other dendrobium on the other hand, I would either get a replacement or spray if you choose to spray.

I personally would not choose to buy a potentially hazardous chemical ( more money to spend and potentially dangerous to my body) just for one highly replaceable plant that does not cost very much.

Rip off all the affected leaves on your Love Memory 'Fizz'.
From what I remember, only the older canes had leaves with disease marks. Even if they do not fall off on their own, removing them does not hurt the plant at all. I do this often on my nobile hybrids, not that mine have fungal spots but the leaves usually gets in the way of flowers and makes them hard to enjoy.
So I rip them all off.

How are the leaves on the newer canes? I remember they looked fine, just clean green.
