bifoliate Cattleya I only have part of the tag
 

I recently reported a bifoliate Cattleya and I could only find half of the ID tag...can someone please help? All it said was volcano with red lip. I'll post a pic too
Also there are flowers near opening if no one knows I'll post a pic of the flower once they open.

I have Blc. Waianae Starburst "Volcano Queen" that I found at a Lowe's store. That would fit the tag you have as it is orang"e w/ Red lip" as your tag says. If so, here is a good photo of it in bloom.

There are a LOT of Cattleya w/the word Volcano in the name.

Very true, Katrina! Jimbo, you'll really just have to wait until it blooms and see if you can locate a decent match. As yours has some really nice buds, that shouldn't be too long away.....do post photos and best of luck with ID'ing it.

If you did get the plant at Lowes, that is probably a Better Gro plant. You might try contacting Better Gro with the tag photo & photo when it blooms, they may be able to help.

Well I got ahold of the vendor and they say it is a Pot. Hide Akatsuka x Blc Volcano Delicious ' Volcano Queen' :-) buds are set to open tomorrow it was opening as I left for work so I will post tomorrow

Yes orchid whisperer it is a better gro orchid...I found out they have a greenhouse near where I live in florida...I need to find out if they allow visitors....lol

That's the problem with trying guess a name. We obviously never would have guessed that one.

Finally got both flowers to open. Here it is
