Psychposis Winter Dormancy?

Hey, guys. Kevin here. The crown jewels of my collection (Psychopsis Butterfly var. Alba 'Yellow Canary') has recently put up a few new growths. The problem is that winter is coming and temps are dropping so I have to cut back on water. Psychopsis does have a short and light winter dormancy period where I usually cut watering back to about once every two weeks. Should I resume regular watering until December and fertilize very lightly or cut off watering now?

I have a Psychopsis (also a Butterfly!), and have never given it any sort of winter rest, yet it sends out a spike every year. My grows on a windowsill that gets a bit chilly at night in the winter, so I adapt my watering accordingly. But it still gets watered every 5-8 days.

I have a Psychopsis mariposa 'Mountain' and I don't give it a winter rest and it doesn't mind. Though it does sulk a little indoors, it is very happy in the VA springs and summers. So just keep taking care of it as usual, only cut back on watering if it takes longer to dry out ;)
