Lemboglossum Violetta Von Holm: new shoots develop brown leaftips

This Lemboglossum worries me a bit: he has 2 new shoots and I think one spike as well, but now I've seen tips of the leaves of one shoot are getting brown. It doesn't seem like normal ageing but I don't have a clue. Maybe not enough/too much water, not enough nutrients, a bacterial or fungal problem.
I hope you can give me an idea, I don't like to start spraying around with all kinds of products!
