Oncidium Tahitian Dancers no spiking

I've had this plant since Feb. /11 and it has not bloomed since. Decided to repot and separate this spring in hopes of getting it to spike. I have new growths so should I try a bloom booster or is there some secret I need to know. I would love to see it bloom again.

What's your feeding regimen? have you been fertilizing the orchid? What are your growing conditions?

I would move it to much brighter light, that usually tends to be a main issue with a plant that never seems to bloom.

Thank-you....will probably need to purchase more lighting since I live in northern Oh., but several other oncidiums are doing great like Oncidium Tsiku Marquerite which is spiking now.
I use MSU fertilizer which is highest in nitrogen once a month or so but this year I did put oncidiums outside.
