At first I thought it was a semi-terette Vanda, but it is the characteristics of the Seidenfadenia mitrata I see on both the leaves and the lip.
Rhynchodenia Magic Wand = Rhynchostylis coelestis x Seidenfadenia mitrata

Many thanks Bud, and for the info too, I do have also Seidenfadenia that bloomed few months ago, I can definitely see similarities, the blooms on this one are much bigger and more vivid color, really lovely plant, can't be happier!
