Flies in Terrariums

I have had a plaguing problem with flies that are not fungus gnats and just run around seemingly unaffected by any spray. I asked around and got lots of (not correct) answers) and just today identified these buggers! They are Shore Flies and not to be worried about. I have lots of references for those that desire such a thing. They occure in environments, such as mine, that are very wet and very humid and very prone to algae. They feed on the algae, not much else. Thought I'd pass this along to those with wet tanks.
