Strange markings on a phal.
 

I am getting frustrated with orchids because they always seem to get sick with me. Anyways I just purchased a NOID phal from a grocery store. Upon first inspection it seemed very healthy, but now I noticed this damage to the leaves. What is causing this?? It doesn't appear to be spreading, but some of the damage is very near the crown which is making me nervous :shock:.
