Patience trully pays off!!!
:hello
Hi everyone. Many will remember my package from Thailand last year in September - USPS lost it, delivered after 21 days, some stolen, some dead, many did not survive next few weeks. There were 3 plants that were just "hanging on", doing nothing at all. I posted already few months ago about Seidenfadenia mitrata, which rewarded me after 8 months of waiting with the spike. After 9 months, Bulbophyllum macranthum grew one new leave, and now it's growing the second new leave. Paraphalaenopsis labukensis - it took 11 months to show any signs of the new growth - this month, first new root and first new leaf!!! Very happy camper here, but I must admit, it takes a lot of patience!!!:biggrin::rofl: |
Congratulations!

:congrats: WOW...what a story. USPS will someday,I'm sure, go the way of your lost plants but for now it will have to do! Your patience worked! Send pix when appropriate...anxious to see one and all!:bowing

Patience is an important virtue and a must for orchid growers. You've got it. Often the way to success is a long one.
