How long does it take for a phal's leaf to come in?
 

From when you first start to see it in the crown until it's fully developed? I know there are probably a lot of factors that affect this, but approximately. Thanks!

A month or two, depending on the size of the plant actually. My mini phals seem to grow new leaves faster than the standard ones.
