Maxillaria rufescens
 

I was pleasantly surprised by the scent of this one! It is cut, but only seems to put out one bud at a time...and something in my greenhouse has a taste for it, as it is half eaten within a few days of blooming! :((

That is cute...is it a tiny one?

It's about the same size as the variables
