Hausermann Phal Samera
 

Does anyone on the board have the Phal Samera from Hausermann? I guess on their website it is listed as Phal. violacea (Malaysia x var. Borneo). But it looks to me as just a violacea. I have been looking for a Phal Samera for a while, my only concern is the picture doesn't look at all like the others I have seen. I really want it to be more white background like bellina with the purple/blue center like violacea . So I am not sure if I want to get it there. Anyone have a bloom pic of a Phal Samera they got from there?

I had one from the a few years ago & sold it to someone on the board. It was kind of a paler version of violacea. I have never seen a Samera colored the way you describe it. I think if that is your preference you would be better off with a bellina. I'll have to look and see if I still have a picture of it.

Same here. Never seen one from them before. Big leaf has a beauty. I have one myself.
