Aerides Multiflora seedling advice

Hello!
I recently purchased an Aerides Multiflora seedling, and would like to know when I should repot it. I would eventually like to have it in a hanging basket with a little moss like my vanda is, but I don't know at which stage it should be taken out of it's comfy moss medium. I soak my vanda every day and it is doing very well, but I know that seedlings like the Aerides need extra moisture. It is classified as a "medium seedling". When should I switch it to the basket? You can switch it once the root mass outgrown the pot. They dont like to repot, ever, so if i were you i'll do it while the root are still not a lot.

If you've only just bought it, I'd let it settle into your environment first for a few months
