Please help with Aeranthes ramosa
Hey guys,
I bought this guy early last year, I was told it is flowering size and in fact I can see what looks like the dried remains of an aborted spike between two of its leaves. Anyway, I need advice on getting this little guy to flower. Since I bought it, it's put out loads of new roots and a new leaf (much bigger than its previous leaves, looks a bit lop-sided now actually ). I grow it warm (25+ C) and quite bright, its potted in coconut husks and never allowed to dry out. Humidity is quite low though around these parts. So, am I missing something? For the record, I've never been able to reflower any angraecoid, perhaps they don't like me :(. |
