Found this Little Beauty Locally...
She is a NoID. The store had no tags, but she was so pretty just calling out to me and I couldn't resist :)
http://i987.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps8cee0b23.png You can't really see it in the picture, but she has a white band on top of her dorsal sepal. It's really delicate. I was also pleasantly surprised with how healthy overall she is. I have bought Paphs locally before and they usually show some minor distress, infestation signs of some sort, or poor root development. |
Beautiful!

Lovely! I'm envious...so far my only paph is at least a year if not two from spiking.

Very pretty. Nice grab. :)

I really, really love this one. Can anyone identify it or give me the name of a similar one? I'm new to paphs. and I've been shopping for what I want next.
|
Good catch! You spotted a goodie.

It is very similar visually to the one they have at Carter and Holmes:
Paphiopedilum Newberry Jade Dream ---------- Post added at 07:25 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:23 PM ---------- And the best part is today I changed out the medium because I find my apartment to be really dry for just the bark mix alone so I added some Phag to all my Paphs, including the new one. Nice surprise when I saw a massive root system...awesome! |
