Any idea what this is? Spots showed up today (I don't remember seeing them yesterday). Thoughts?

I've not seen anything exactly like that. I've had yellow spots surrounding a dark dot. Stopped it with rubbing alcohol swab and a dry environment. The yellow turned back to green but the dark dot is still there (scar).

Are the spots showing on the underside of the leaf as well?

Pilot 03-03-2014 08:01 AM

Yes they do show on the underside.

Swab for red spider mites.

NYCorchidman 03-03-2014 04:14 PM

It is not red spider mites damage.

OCRC_Dir_China 03-03-2014 04:39 PM

I was afraid of that; I would say that the leafspots are caused by Cercospora sp. It likes to start with older mature leafs and has a habit of starting on the underside of the leaf so by the time you see it on the top side if the leaf it is well established. I would proceed with a fungicide treatment of the plant.
